Terms & Conditions Of Our 14 Day Returns Policy
All our products are of the highest quality and we do not expect you to experience any problems, however should you have a problem we will do our utmost to resolve any problems that you may experience.
- If returning an unwanted or unsuitable item, the item must be returned in the same condition received. If the item included any accessories, these accessories must be returned with the original product in the original retail packaging (if supplied). We do not require or demand a re-stocking charge in the case where an item is returned as being unwanted or unsuitable.
- The return postage cost in most cases will be paid for by the customer, unless previously agreed with us. In the case where an item has been dispatched out incorrectly BestAutoBits will arrange for a courier to retrieve the wrongly dispatched item from a prior agreed address with the customer. Detailed information regarding Courier Company, courier label and expected retrieval date will be e-mailed over to the contact e-mail address supplied on the original order.
- In the case where an item is received damaged or faulty, we will request either e-mail conformation or an e-mailed digital image of the damaged goods received, so that we can verify the goods received have either been damaged in transit or there was a fault that occurred during the manufacturing process of the goods. A replacement item will be dispatched out or if requested a full refund.
- In the case where an order has been processed and requires cancellation “The Customer” can cancel their order at any time prior to the dispatch of their goods. Once the goods have been dispatched and are in transit, the customer can no longer cancel their order, and must follow the returns procedure laid out on this page.
- All electrical products supplied on the BestAutoBits.com web site are supplied with a 12 month warranty.
